Tummy twinges & backache
Hello :) I found out on Thursday that I'm pregnant, worked it out to be 4 weeks, I've been experiencing backache and twinges in my tummy, there not cramps as such, and last a couple of seconds. Is this normal? Or should I be worried? Thanks :)
