I take Femara, similar to clomid but less side effects and chances of multiples. Sadly, no bfp yet. In all fairness, I had issues with endo and recently had surgery. So that was likely the cause of not getting pregnant.

This is my first month on clomid 50mg and wowza the side effects r serious!! I am hoping this will be my month...my sister in law wasn't ovulating and first month she took clomid was pregnant but in talking with her I'm having a lot more side effects!! Hot flashes r killer!!! #1 worst symptom...

I was on 150mg of Clomid an I did ovulate however no bfp. Now taking Femara 5mg didn't ovulate. Waiting for period to start Femara 7.5mg. If that doesn't work the doing injectables.

I went through three cycles of clomid (50mg, 100mg, 150mg) with no response, and three cycles of femara (2.5mg no response,  5mg borderline response, and 7.5mg no response). I think I'm an exception.

I just did my 1st round w/ Clomid. Luckily my side effects haven't been too bad. Within the next week or so I'll be taking a test & hopefully getting my BFP. Good luck.

I started on the same dosage this month and it didn't work for me, but I have two more months on 50mg and then I'm assuming I'll go up if this dosage doesn't work.
