Do prenatals work?

I don't have regular periods, and was wondering if taking prenatals while trying has helped anyone?

I don't think that they do anything to help with periods tbh. I know vitex works though.

Like Tracey said, vitex is known to do lots of things and one being regulating your cycle.

​But a word of warning or advice for vitex, take it at the same time every day. Without doing this it's far less likely to work according to my naturopath. I have heard lots of success stories with vitex. Oh and vitex can take up to 3 months to build up in your system and work according to my naturopath.

​Prenatals are necessary when ttc as a lack of some vitamins can cause birth defects. So taking a prenatal multi v is needed to prepare your body for getting preg and to make sure all needed vits are available to your baby as soon as he or she is conceived.
