I'm lost at what to do. I'm lost 2 works late and negative pregnancy test what do I do?

At doctors they will take a blood test because sometimes the body doesn't produce the stuff the pregnancy tests pick up I had to have it with my first , she was in my tubes and then moved into the right place a couple days after x
