Vitex to regulate cycle?

Just started vitex today. Have very irregular cycles. Ttc for 9 months for #2. Wondering if anyone has had much success with vitex regulating cycles or conceived after starting it

it regulated me in the first month.  it's in the fertility blend I'm taking.

So ppl are prob sick of me saying this, but I feel I have to share. My naturopath said you must take vitex regularly at the same time each time for it to work and give if 3 months to work.

Took natures way vitex and shortened my cycle from 50+ days to 38 days in one cycle. I'm on cd 8, gotta get back up on the horse (so to speak)!

Funny, my NP said it didn't matter when I took it. Although it makes sense that it might work better if there's a steady supply in your system.  I took it for 3 months with no effect, but then added another herbal and cycles started soon after. Hope you have lots of success!

I just started taking it today! (Cd1 after 61 cd!) I'm curious what dosage everyone is taking. I took three 400mg tabs over the course of the day. The bottle says take 2-3.
