gone a whole month with no AF. have a thyroid problem but am taking medication and that regulates my AF. had pain 3 days ago that felt like o is that possible?

I would see a doctor. Are you also taking prenatal vitamins? I'd go off of that. Taking those vitamins delayed my period for a long time.
