How long did you TTC unsuccessfully before you went to the doctor to discuss options or test for infertility or other fertility related problems?

My doc won't do some test before 1 year of TTC. Today i made my appointement. August it is!

I just went last week since this will be our 6th cycle trying and I am ovulating, and our BDing has been well timed, we have been using Preseed etc. They said if we are not successful this cycle they could run more tests if we want (semen analysis and HSG) but I am hoping we won't have too.
