Ttc after miscarriage

Had our first miscarriage a week ago- was meant to be 6 1/2 weeks and sack was measured at 5 so it for some reason didnt take off. Anyway been a week since i started bleeding and it seens to be at the end of it- only very light spotting now. We decided to begin trying again asap as i dont feel bad just as excited to fall again as last time- i have a friend who got pregnant again right after her miscarriage and am hoping for the same as she now has a gorgeous little boy :) has this happened to abyone else here? Falling right after losing one? Also first try using pre seed lube tonight.
