Ovulation question ?

I am nine days late for AF and I've taken several pregnancy test all coming up negative... Today doing my check my cervix is so high I can barely touch it, just touching it with finger tip and my cm has gone from lotion like for the past 2 weeks to clear and stretchy today... So is it possible to skip my period and start ovulation with never bleeding? Or could my change in cm be from bd'ing last night? I'm getting super confused ????
