Confused

My period isn't expected for another 8 days. But, the past few days I've felt awful and my breasts are extremely heavy and so sensitive. They ache! Just sitting on the couch, they hurt and ache.  I've been going to the bathroom more. And waking up with horrible heartburn and nausea. And getting a bit nauseated in the late evenings. I tested yesterday and it showed a negative.
