Orgasm different tww

Hi ladies, so I have a question.. I was pregnant back in April (only just - around 3.5 weeks) when I noticed something I never did previously with orgasm. Hubby was working late and I decided to have a "play" with myself and when I orgasmsd it felt different it was less intense. I instantly knew something was up so waited till AF was due and tested and yippee I had a positive, had a blood test the following day which confirmed the pregnancy.. A week later I miscarried. We decided to have a month break before trying again. Was unsuccessful in June and now I am 3dpo for July.. I just decided to have another "play" again out of curiosity and I had that less intense orgasm again..trying not to get my hopes up but does anyone know if conception can alter orgasm intensity? I know I'm only 3dpo and it's highly unlikely anything happened yet if it has but I have never ever in my whole life had the different orgasm except the month I conceived in April and now... (Ttc baby #1 for 8 months) .. I read orgasms can become more intense in later stages of pregnancy but not less... Any thoughts ? :)
