Anyone have extremely painful periods?

wondering what you do to help?  I have a form of endometriosis that I can't do anything about bc of ttc. My obgyn has me taking max dose of ibuprofen and Tylenol but that only takes the edge off.  I also use heating pad.  Any suggestions appreciated!

I have very painful af were I can walk for the first two days I'm had every scan exam and a lap still they cant find anything. In fact I was told by one doctor I was making it up ! I was on the implant and pill to control the pain. Ttc now sadly filling my body with hormones is having its long term effect :( fingers crossed one day!

I would rather take natural supplements than Aleve, but do they work?  I was looking at cramp bark and red raspberry leaf tea. I don't think I have endo, but very painful periods since a teen.

Aleve works best for me. I also use cramp bark, raspberry leaf tea, essential oils like clary sage, baths in epsom salt or muscle relaxing bath salts, acupuncture, drinking lots of water, etc. You may want to ask your Dr. about increasing your vitamin B or magnesium - I have heard that these supplements can also help. I recently had a laparoscopy to take care of endo and ovarian cysts and it made my period a hundred times better, so I would recommend looking into the procedure, even while ttc. Good luck!

Also Toradol which is an anti inflammatory as well, prescribed by doctor. My periods without pain meds so painful I would miss work and cause vomiting.

I have extremely painful periods, my doctor prescribed naproxen 550 mg and it works well. Aleve is the same as naproxen but at 220mg each tablet.
