Could this a missed twin? Desperate...

We saw the hb at 6w3 days, then nothing the next week.  Dr is having me do a dnc tom (it had been 2 weeks, no response to misoprostol.). This was an ivf cycle and we transferred 2 - the second circle is haunting me bc I think it could be a second baby.  I have an oddly shaped uterus.  An I grasping at straws?

I'd wait, if it won't hurt anything. Get a second opinion too. Why would hcg increase if it wasn't a. Viable pregnancy? Your body will expel what it doesn't need. What did our ancestors do before ultrasound? I doubt they medically removed anything. Let us know how it turns out and lots of hugs and hope your way!

I think you should wait and perhaps get a second opinion. I believe that sometimes you get a feeling for a reason. Did they explain the second circle?

I Know one didn't make it but I'm afraid of losing a "hidden twin" to surgery.   My hcg is rising but the dr says it's a a singleton that didn't make it....
