Heeeeelp sores on vagina

I really need help . I have no idea why it has got this bad but I don't know what to do. The other day my vagina was itchy and I guess I scratched it a little bit to hard and now this happened. What do I I do?? This is before and after just all from 24 hours it got worse ...

Any help??
