creamy discharge

I have more amount of creamy white CM for past two months...doc said it might be vaginal thrush nd prescribed me some antiseptic wash..evn after tht ir is continuing nd im damn sure its not an infection coz I don have itching or smelly discharge. .what cud it be plss help...do anyone of u is in same boat as me??

p.s. hypothroidism, no pcos, ttc for 7 months. ..
