Nature'a way vitex

Has anyone used this brand and had any luck regulating cycles? I bought this a couple weeks ago from Amazon and then read that supplements should be "standardized" (pure? Extract?) and this one is not. This brand does sell a standardized vitex cap. If I have no luck with this one I will try the other. Started taking them Tuesday (cd 1) so it's too soon to know if it's making a difference.​​
