Random question

Does any one have a 14 year old son or daughter? My husbands 14 year old brother came to live with use last October and he is really pushing my buttons. I'll ask him to help out in the house and he tells me no because I won't do anything for him I make sure he is feed and clothes and things he needs. I get so frustrated and my husband won't do anything about it. What can I do to make things better here. Im only 23 and I don't have any kids. His parents live in Mexico and said if he gives us any trouble to send him back but he is a good kid and he likes it here but he drives me crazy
