Is it safe to bleach hair?

I39m almost 9 weeks,  and i really want to bleach my hair and go lighter but idk if it39s safe. Had anybody bleached their hair while pregnant?

I'm a hairdresser and it is safe, but the only thing is, because of all of the hormones in your system, the results can be different to normal. So it might come out dryer,  not so light etc.

I've read that it's best to wait till your out of the first trimester if you want too bleach it

My sister is a stylist and she says that foils are fine as the colour/bleach doesn't touch the scalp. You can absorb the chemicals when colour is applied direct to the scalp x

I just asked my Dr about this. She told me bleach and dying is fine, as long as it's well ventilated

My hairdresser said it's fine they just don't put you under the dryer. But don't do it at home!!

Are you using bleach on scalp? Or in foils? I think the main thing is will you be ok with the smell/fumes? Lol iv known a few girls to do it while pregnant and im a hairdresser, but i cant bring myself to do it as iv had a hard time trying for this bub and dont want to risk anything. But im sure its fine, you just never know how it will go as pregnancy hormones can send things upside down! So it might not lift as much, it may go brassy or it could be absolutly fine. Just as your hairdresser when you make your appointment :)

I did but I did it in a salon and I was about 4 weeks pregnant and didn't know. Nothing really happened other than my head itched a little which is normal for me cuz I've bleached my hair before and it itched everytime.
