What time of day is best for opk?

I have a hard time getting positive opk. I know I ovulate ( confirmed by ultrasound) regularly and have 31 day cycle like clock work.  Last month I tested morning and evening and got a very dark line but never +. The only time I did get a + one month was with fmu. What time of day do you test?

For a 31 day cycle I would start testing on day 14.

Around 2pm is the best time. Otherwise between noon and 8pm. Try to not drink so much for a couple of hours before you do the test and wait 10mins to confirm a negative result.

it depends on the test. check the box and see if it says fmu. otherwise I test around 1 pm .
