Really confused HPT -
Me and my partner are TTC have been for 6 months .. I have a very regular 20 day cycle with 6 days of bleeding.... This month I was almost a week late but then had spotting very unusual for me 3 days were very very light brown spotting then I had one day of very light dark red blood now back to tiny bit of dark red spotting near nothing :/ I have been very fatigued really really sore sensitive breasts I have a weird warm feeling in my stomach very bloated I'm also getting really bad cramps on my lower left side and am getting hot flushes during the night and every time I think I'm hungry I eat then wanna throw up I took a pregnancy test the day after my missed period came back neg could anyone give me some light on what's happening .... TIA XX I just had a urge to test but don't have any tests do have a opk tho and this is what I got currently still spotting could I be preg ??
