PCOS trying to convince please help!

so I found out I had pcos about two years ago and I went about two and a half years without a menstrual cycle. I took BC for a few months to help my period start but they where super long and heavy. so my fiance and just decided to let it happen on its own and try to eat healthier and exercise more. This month is my third month with my cycle its been coming on time but its very light but its something. my question is how hard is it going to be to conceive and is it possible to conceive with pcos? what can I do to help my pcos diet?
