AF Question. (Maybe TMI)

Okay so I want to make sure I39m putting it on my calendar right... For AF, we have then normal period then the last day is the brown dried up blood. I call that day the "aftermath" day. Does that count as the last day of your AF? or do most of you not count that? I39ve always counted it but I39d like to know if it39s technically part of your period or not. That would take my normal period from 7 days to 6 days... just wanna put it right on the calendar.
