Ectopic Pregancy

I'm 22 and I had an ectopic in March 2013 it was the worst thing I had ever experienced and wouldn't wish it on anyone. But had methotrexate injections to terminate then found out I was diagnosed with pcos. Me and my husband have been TTC for almost 2 years been going to a fertility Dr. On clomid 50 for 3 cycles and 100 for 3 if I don't get pregnant this month then he wants me to try iui or ivf. Anyone had any success with those? I don't want to do it just yet. Would like to wait maybe a year or so and still TTC.
