Fitness Buddy Group ????
This is an accountability/support group for those of us TTC but still trying to maintain or improve our fitness at the same time :)
Here we can post our workouts of the day, what we've eaten, healthy recipes, emotions, tips and tricks, etc.
I thought it'd be a good idea, and as a coach and member of the military I personally know it's a lot easier to keep up with fitness if you're not doing it on your own ?
