Prenatal vitamin advice
This might sound like a silly question, but I know you are supposed to take prenatal vitamins while TTC but my prenatal vitamins have an "active woman" dose and a "pregnancy dose". Should I be taking the active woman dose which is only one pill or should I be taking them as if I were pregnant, two pills. I have the careone brand.
