Round ligament pain?

Question

Ill be 21 weeks on Sunday and woke up this morning with a stabbing pain in my lower right side. Close to my hip  I guess. It's not terrible, more annoying than anything. It comes and goes every once in a while. Baby girl is moving around so I'm trying not be too concerned but I'm a ftm so everything is slightly alarming to me. Lol. Any advice would be appreciated :)

Your pelvic joints move more during and just afterpregnancy. This can cause inflammation and pain, and may lead to the condition symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD). Diastasis symphysis pubis (DSP) is similar to SPD. This is when the gap in the pubic joint widens too far.

I had pain in my hips, pubic bone and also tail bone in both my previous pregnancies. Midwife said I had SPD and then referred me for physiotherapy.. But it could also be round ligament pain which feels like stretching and muscle pull
