low progesterone anyone?

any one else with low progesterone, are you supplementing with natural or Rx? Success stories?

I know this is old, but I have it, too, but my doctor has me taking supplements every day (even pre-ovulation). I'm worried that it may be hurting my chances at conceiving. Does anyone have experience with this?

I had it. I took these terrible horrible awful shots every day for months. But it worked. My sister did the supps. They are icky but much less painful.

I was borderline and had 37 day cycles. my ND had me take ProgonB herbal form cd 12-28 13.25md 2x/day.  that cycle was still long, but the 3 since have been 26-28 and didn't have to take it anymore

I do! I went to my naturopath and she gave me Vitex to take day 15 of my cycle until next period. She said the low progesterone could be causing my bad pms. Started taking it last cycle and haven't had any complaints! No pain last period, hoping AF doesn't show this cycle :)

I had it with both of my girls. They're healthy as horses. 
​I was on some very high doses of hormones. With my oldest till I was 20 weeks. With my youngest till I was 12 weeks.
