starting to record bbt

Cassi • full time mom and work full time

I want to start recording my bbt. I just have that feeling that this cycle there is no baby dust (stress from switching jobs) and this will help to track my irregular cycles. Any tips or tricks from seasoned bbt takers? What route do you prefer?
