peeing often! HELP.

right ladys! I'm 8dpo I have been having cramps since 6 dpo they have eased off abit! but this morning I can't stop peeling! I was up at 6.50 - 7 - 7.30 - 8 - 8.30 and it's just little trickles! and it feels like I really need to go for a wee but hardly anything comes out then 5 mins later I need to go again? What's this mean!
