Onto the next month....

AF started today sadly ?. Started ttc in February and much to our surprise we got a BFP right away! Happy as could be until the bleeding started and all the happiness was shortly gone. A little weary but, started trying right away. 6 months later still ttc. Trying to stay positive, but getting down. Last month tried to just go with the flow, no testing, no temping, nothing just have sex. Had an idea of when the big O would occur. Should I try that method again? Or what would you all reccomend? I hear once you quit "trying" is when it happens and I am considering this approach this month bc I don't know if my heart can take another month of disappointment.
