TTC but can't take prenatals?!?

My doctor recently did bloodwork and found that my liver and antibody levels are elevated. I have Hashimoto's Thyroditis. Because of my elevated levels my doctor had me stop taking all medications beside my Synthroid for my thyroid. My husband and I are still TTC but I can't take any folic acid or a prenatal. I believe that my elevated levels may have been related to too much iron in my prenatal. Anyone have a similar reaction to a prenatal before?
