Miscarriage advice

I have been TTC for over a year & a 1/2. My cousin Michelle, who is more like my sister, had been TTC for close to 9 years. She had been dealing with PCOS. Due to IVF, she was finally able to conceive. Twins, a boy & a girl. Unfortunately, something went wrong & as of her 20 week mark, today, she has had a miscarriage. The hospital Dr. even had the nerve to say, " next time you get pregnant, you'll have to do some different things." My question to you ladies is, how is the best way I can help her & her husband? I've offered to fly down & as of now they want time to be alone. Do you ladies have any other great suggestions for how to help my best friend deal w/ this heartache? I appreciate all the advice.
