Miscarriages

Looking for support from women going through miscarriages.  I miscarried our first baby in March at 12 weeks.  We had a strong heartbeat at 7 weeks & at the 12 week appointment they told us the baby stopped developing at 8 weeks.  Had to have a  D&C.  We started trying again last month.  I got a very early faint line on a hpt.  3 in fact.  The next day & after they were negative.  This month my period was 2 days late.  I got a BFP on a digital & was so excited.  I made my prenatal appt only to start bleeding the next day & miscarrying.  Are there other ladies going through anything similar? I am feeling hopeless & could use some support.
