Always get emotional when AF arrives?

Question

I have been ttc for nearly 4 years. Each month I get so emotional when my period arrives. I'm starting to think it's never going to happen for me. I'm never going to feel a baby grow inside of me. I get so depressed around this time. 
​Does anyone else feel this way? So helpless?

I understand! Been TTC for a year and a half, with a miscarriage 9 months ago. The first day of AF each cycle is REALLY hard for me, but starting around CD3 I get excited for a fresh start! :)

Yes! Especially since my miscarriage in March. My most emotional days seem to correspond with a big temperature dip when taking bbt I have noticed. Hormones definitely play a role in this.
