Maybe a dumb question

Shelbie • TTC first for 6 years and miscarried at 7 1/2 weeks with twins. 3 months progesterone only. 5 timed intercourse cycles, 3 IUI cycles, 9 timed intercourse with trigger shot. All fails! Have till September to conceive on our own then we are onto IVF
What do you guys put for ovulation pain in the physical symptoms? Whenever I put any of the options for that type of pain it basically tells me that I should be cautious as that sign isn't good? Thanks in advance
