Prenatles before pregnancy?

Has anyone (other than me) done this? I've heard taking them and bc can help increase fertility?

I've never heard that they increase fertility, and I don believe that they do. I've actually been taking prenatals though for about 5 years or so though, because my doctor suggested it because of the iron.

Yes you should be taking them before you are pregnant. Your body needs the folic acid. It is crucial in the forming of the babies neural tube. Increase fertility? Not sure on that claim but very needed for healthy baby formation.
