Water & CM ??

Question

I've read that water helps your CM, well that must be my problem. I've not had egg white cm in a long time.

​I can honestly embarrassed to say, I don't drink any water. I can go a full day not drinking water at all.

​I'll drink about 1.5 litres of sugar free IRN-BRU so I've bought a 2 litre bottle of Evian and that's me completely off the fizzy juice!

I used to be huge on not drinking water as well...I would go days without it...I was literally the queen of dehydration lol...then 6 months ago I started to lose weight and become extremely active and with that and the supplements that I was taking, I had no choice but to stay hydrated...I however have never heard that not drinking water can effect your CM....

CM, spit, tears, you name it is majority water. Whether it's good or bad. If you don't drink water you don't make it. I stopped drinking alcohol and all caffiene. I drink 2 to 2.5 liters of water a day now and I have noticed increased CM.  Before I had close to none. It's good for your body and skin. Also helps clean your system.

Well if you live in a hot area plus don't drink fluids then you will be dry. 
​I used to drink less than 2L And ended up with kidney infection. Now I drink plenty of fluids 3 plus.

Im same Lauren. Im trying to drink 2 litres of plain water in top of tea and coffee. Also switched to caffeine free everything. Even sugar free irn-bru is loaded full of caffeine. So maybe unwittingly you've been od-ing on caffeine?

I read it last night on a few websites. I just put it down to having pcos and using metformin. But I have taken misled off metformin now and letting nature take it's course. Now drinking water and trying to be healthier as my 20 month old son keeps trying to get a hold of the fizzy juice x
