Are you TTCing with partner that has low sperm count?

DH just had a reverse vasectomy done May 2. He dropped his sample off a while back to see if it was successful and how the count looks. They called back and said there was swimmers but they forgot to count... I thought that was the point of a sperm sample. Anyways had had to drop off another sample and now we wait. Again. At least there is swimmers but after 10 years of having a vasectomy they say sperm counts may not be in our favor. So nervous for the 31st...

DH has very low count, 1.1 million in one SA, and 1.7 SA in another. Takes no medications, is in overall good health. Also has varicocele. He's getting more testing done later this month to find out more about why count is so low. I'm going to start my testing later this month but it almost feels pointless... Even if I'm above average fertile, the count is so low I wonder if there's any hope at all. I don't know if I could handle going through IVF, if that's even an option for us. Feeling so depressed at the thought of possibly never being pregnant.

My husband is on anti-seizure medication (keppra and lamothragine). These medication can cause sperm abnormality, such as low sperm count, the sperm head shape differently etc. we are in our second month ttc.

TTC 7months. Just found out my DH has low sperm count and motility. 1st SA 1.7mil, 16%motility. 2nd SA 4.4mil 13% motility. He's in perfect health. Going to see a urologist. Anyone have any success with these levels? Thinking it could be a vericosele.
