Am I pregnant?

I am now 4 days late. My periods are like clockwork typically so much so that I start on the same hour on the same day. I took a Wondfo test this morning and it was negative. My boobs have been really sore, super bloated and belching a lot, I've had lower back pain, vivid dreams, and frequent urination. Today I noticed a leaky feeling and it's discharge. I see my endocrinologist on Monday and she can do a blood test. Thoughts?
