Mom and stepdad not thrilled about 2nd baby

I just feel like I need some support from someone other than my MIL. I'm 19 weeks and I showed my mom the dvd of my little boys anatomy scan yesterday. She seriously was not paying attention at all. She keeps repeating I hope you know it's not going to be easy and you will not be able to do anything now. Seriously? I wanted to cry. Gosh how hard is it to just be supportive. Oh and hubby and i are married and we have a three year old who is very independent. Both have great jobs and are settled in our home for 3 years now.
