Is it normal to never have symptoms that AF is on the way?

AF is on the way?" /> For the last few months after coming off birth control i never get any signs of my AF coming, no period pains no nothing, its really hard to guess whether ive got lucky any conceived or if im due on

Everyone is different (and every cycle is different). You might notice some signs if you tracked ALL of your moods/pains/symptoms over a few months, otherwise the signs might be so subtle that your period comes as a complete surprise. Before I really started tracking my cycles, I would never know af was due until she showed up! Lol.

I never got period pains before my period until I got pregnant. 3 days before I was supposed to get my period I had the worst period like cramps. I was getting ready to take Motrin (thank god I didn't) I was sure I wasn't pregnant. good luck
