Help Weird ovulation

So a little less drugged. So I started my last period on June 17th for normal people they would be starting thier period now but when I had my surgery today my dr showed me my left ovary is ovulating perfectly and he said beautifully. But that sides tube is completely blocked. My right side however the tune is wide open but not ovulateing. I go to see him for more complete reading of my results and to figure out our action plan. But seriously what the hell is with Oing 30 days later and only on one side? Anyone heard of this or had this happen?
