What servings do you have before and after O?
​How many cups a day? 
​How many tsp in one cup before ovulation and after ovulation?

I have irregular cycles so I started drinking it to help with that. Prior to drinking it my cycles were anywhere from 45 days to 75 days..the past four months I have been drinking it they have gone down to anywhere from 28-34 days. I love it! I have heard that if you already have regular cycles to not drink it bc it will mess that up. I always add a little honey to it and it tastes great :)
