I've been there before... Heck, I've been there Jen I have too much to do! Take the time to call an old friend or family member! I'm sure they'd love to hear from you! Or better yet, spend the day on yourself! Paint your toenails! Try out a new hairdo! Go have a picnic at the beach, the park, or in the mountains! Learn a new recipe, reread your favorite book. Draw, color, knit, cross stitch or learn how to do those things! Try not to be down! Having a little me-time can do wonders!
