Can you help me with all these abbreviations?

I'm really embarrassed to ask this but I'm just no good at keeping up with all of the online, texting abbreviations. First of all I've got the idea of what a BFP stands for but don't know the actually terms. Can you kindly help me understand a lot of common one's used on this site? Thanks, and please be gentle, lol.
