TTC. Any advice?

My husband and I are TTC. But I've never used any birth control before and have never gotten pregnant. Any tips or advice that will help? Thanks!

Hi Jay, my best advice is to try logging as much information in Glow as possible: BBT, CM, cervical position, OPKs, etc. They are all important in knowing when your fertile window is. Make sure you take prenatal vitamins ASAP to a ensure the health of the baby (and your significant other can take vitamins as well to ensure the health of his sperm!). Exercise, eat right and be good to yourself - and most importantly, BD once a day (or as much as possible) when you're ovulating! Good luck!

Track your bbt with Fertility Friend. That's the only way I know when I ovulate! Also check your cm daily :)
