14+ 3 weeks and worried

When I went for my first wee this morning when I wiped there was light pink spotting. now going to the toilet to wipe every 2 minutes and it's very light and only when I wipe but I am terrified coz this was how it started when I had my mc last year but was only 6 weeks then. Also tried ringing midwife but with it being Sunday her phone isn't on and I know that if it gets worse ill ring nhs. not cramping or anything either x
