Brown spotting, no period. HPT says negative?
I was supposed to start my period of Thursday. My periods are very consistent. That night I had some brown spotting.... But now 4 days later my period never came. I got anxious so I took 2 home pregnancy test, unfortunately they both say negative... But what does this all mean? I still haven't had my period. This is the first time this has ever happened. Thank you!
