Does your weight affect your sex life?

Ever since me and my partner got together I have gained over 40 lbs because of the birth control. Ive felt so insecure about my body and have depression which affects my sex life. Any tips?

I would suggest the copper IUD, I gained about 10-15 pounds on regular birth control like 5 years ago, plus it made me cray cray (: the copper one has NEVER given me problems because it's hormone free. & contrary to popular belief your partner can't feel it. No matter how well endowed. Also no remembering to take anything!

I was a size 12 when I met my now hubby I'm now an ample size 18. I used to hate it but he loves me and my curves and I love his pot belly we've grown together lol and still have great sex now.;)

I dropped 35lbs before my wedding, gained back 40lbs after and finally got fed up about 3 years ago. I've lost 63lbs since and while my husband has stayed heavy, he says he enjoys sex with me more the more fit and flexible I get. Granted at my heaviest I was only 270, and I'm 5'11". We still had good sex at my highest, but I agree with him that now it's better!

I also gained 40 pounds since my fiancé and I got together and the weight isn't really a problem I mean I feel ugly but he reassures me that I'm exactly what he wants he likes the extra weight he said I don't want a skinny girl I'll have no where to grab lol but personally I'd like to be thinner because I feel like it's harder for me to be on top in our sex life
