Acne...ugh

Hey. Just wondering if anybody is dealing with acne past their teenage years. I'm 26 and still fighting acne all the time. I feel like I've tried everything and just when I think something might be working I get more popping up! It's so frustrating and I feel like it sucks enough that I can't get pregnant and here I am looking like I'm 16 still. I thought if grow out of this by now! What do you guys use to help?
